Refund policy

All returns must be made within 30 days after the product delivery date. All returned products must be unused (e.g. not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions below. 

Please email us at info@thebambinos.co.uk, confirming which items from your order you would like to return and we can get that actioned straight away for you. 

Currently we require that you must pay for the shipping if you would like to return a product. If products are not sent back correctly i.e. not stamped or paid for, we will be unable to process the returns and therefore will not be able to make any refund.
