1. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Bambinos is a boutique online store, specialising in designing and manufacturing children’s clothing items. Using our Website, you will be able to order our merchandise from anywhere in UK and have them shipped to your doorstep. All our merchandise is individually priced in £ Pound Sterling. All prices are final unless stated otherwise. We accept online payment in a secure environment by via debit/credit card as well as PayPal. It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid card number and billing address is provided for us to successfully process your payment. All prepaid orders are followed up by an online receipt via email to the email address provided by you during placing your order. In case you have any question about the pricing or method of payment, feel free to reach out to our customer support before making the payment. We do not store any financial information including card details from our customers and accept no liability for any error in any third-party payment gateway under any circumstances whatsoever.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

As per the current UK laws, cancellation and return options are available to all customers up to 14 days from the date of purchase, during which goods and articles purchased online can be returned back to the seller without showing any reason for the same. Although we sincerely believe you will not require a reason to send back any of our products, in the unfortunate scenario that you do, please feel free to get in touch with our customer support who will assist you in processing your return request.

Please note that while our shipping is sometimes free of cost, you need to pay for the return shipping fee in the event of a returns, along with the handling charges, if any.  All eligible refunds shall be paid in full within 20 business days from receiving the cancelled/returned item of purchase. Your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy related to the purchase made.
